2025 Menston Heritage Group

It was great to meet Shanaz Gulzar, the Creative Director for Bradford 2025 at our meeting in January and to hear her take on the themes put forward in the bid. We feel that our heritage trail idea will fit with what is envisaged and so we continue to research people and places that we can highlight on a trail.

We will be gathering archive material shortly to catalogue and place in the room that the library are giving us to use. We are a sub committee of Menston Parish council and all the minutes etc are on the Menston.org website.
