Climate Action Menston

Are you interested in where the water goes in and around our local area? The whys and wherefores of flooding? If so, do come along to the next meeting of CAM on Wednesday 19th April at 7.30 at Kirklands to hear from Charlotte Simons on:

"Waterproofing – Natural Flood Management and Sustainable Urban Drainage and the roles they play in slowing the flow of water."

Charlotte works for the Yorkshire Dales Rivers Trust and lives in Menston and it will be great to hear what she has to say on this important topic. We will also hear from our various working groups about their climate actions and how you can get involved. Do come along on the 19th. We look forward to seeing you.
